Job description

I am seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive part-time assistant to support two growing businesses in the music, media, and rights management space. This role will assist with social media content and outreach (including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms), marketing initiatives, client communications, and general administrative support.

The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and communicator, highly organized, comfortable making phone calls and following up with contacts, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive, energetic attitude are essential. Experience with social media marketing, content creation, scheduling tools, and basic graphic design is a plus.

We're looking for someone who is personable, resourceful, eager to learn, and enjoys being part of a creative and entrepreneurial environment.
