  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Personal connection to running culture whether through training, racing, run clubs, or coaching.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple retail locations.
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and digital reporting tools; access to a smartphone or tablet with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
  • Experience in brand representation, retail training, field marketing, or sales preferred.
  • Experience working at REI, Dick's Sporting Goods, or other athletics goods stores preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned territory; weekend availability required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation at $100 per hour, based on market conditions and relevant experience.
  • Independent contractor (1099) position offering excellent supplemental income.
  • Flexible scheduling coordinated directly with store management.
  • One-hour store visits, with locations supported monthly or bi-monthly based on market needs.
