Proficiently manage subcontract and client monthly pay applications, subcontract amendments, and necessary written notifications governing the work. Manage multiple projects concurrently while cultivating and maintaining client relationships; ensure timely responses to urgent situations.Track and manage labor, equipment, and material costs associated with ongoing projects. Lead and supervise the Superintendents, holding accountable for overall performance. Coordinate with Superintendents to determine proper manpower and schedules for upcoming projects. Prepare accurate monthly billings based upon current job completion status.Complete monthly WIP (Work in Progress) reporting.
