  • Maintains accurate product, assortment, design, sample, and project information in department systems and files.
  • Prepares routine sales, inventory, assortment, purchasing, and project-status reports and identifies issues requiring follow-up.
  • Supports Art operations through design-review preparation, sample and artwork tracking, revision follow-up, and organization of reference materials.
  • Supports new-item launches, assortment maintenance, inventory and replenishment activities, pricing updates, and Ecommerce and Catalog coordination.
  • Partners with Marketing, Ecommerce, Catalog, Production, Warehouse, Retail, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely product handoffs.
  • Supports custom and wholesale research, product setup, costing, order coordination, and follow-up as assigned.
  • Develops proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, AI tools, and department systems and identifies opportunities to improve recurring processes.
  • Supports Warehouse or other departments during peak business periods as directed.
  • Communicates competing priorities, risks, and missing information early and follows assigned work through completion.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across creative, analytical, operational, and leadership teams.
  • Merchandising, retail, apparel, art operations, project coordination, wholesale, purchasing, or related experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work periodically in office, warehouse, production, and retail environments.
  • Ability to provide operational support during peak business periods as assigned.
  • Ability to travel as needed for store visits, catalog photo shoots, vendor meetings, company locations, or other business-related activities.
  • Ability to comply with all Company workplace safety and health requirements.
