OurSenior Director, FP&A, Global Supply Chain & Tech Opsreports to the VicePresident, FP&A and serves as an integral member of the Finance Leadership team. Position serves as a key advisor to theHead ofGlobal Supply Chain & Tech Ops andcontributes to the organization's development and achievement of strategic goals. In addition, the individual is charged with developing and implementing more sophisticated policies and processes both in the finance and general operational realms.

This is an opportunity for a senior finance professional with operational experience and a proventrack recordof creative problem-solving and change management to join a high growth, patient-centric, mission-driven organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning/resource allocation and optimization

  • Act as key advisor to the head of Global Supply Chain/Tech Ops to drive results that are aligned toCorporatestrategy and goals

  • Develop and implement forward-looking, financial analytics to provide insights into the organization's operations and business plans

  • Ownfinancialforecasting, planning andanalysesforcommercial production, including COGS, inventory, and supply chain operations;work cross-functionallywith Commercial, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensurealignment in demand & supply forecasts

  • Support development and maintenance offinancial and operational KPIs related toproduction, inventory levels, procurement spend, capacityutilization, and supply chain performance

  • Own financial forecasting, planning and analyses forpre-clinical and clinical stage development,manufacturingand technical operations activities

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures

  • Participate/lead special projects

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Team Development/Leadership

  • Serve as the primary business partner to the Global Supply Chain & Tech Ops Leadership Team

  • Direct activities (dotted line basis) of Zug, Switzerland-based Associate Director, FP&A providing part-time support for Ireland manufacturing activities

  • Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality

  • Mentor company FP&A staff including evolving mindsets to a more strategic and story-telling level

  • Lead by example and communicate cross-functionally

Qualifications include:

  • A minimum of a BS or similar designation; MBA preferred

  • At least10years experiencein key financial leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biopharma industrysupporting manufacturing, technical operations, and supply chain functions

  • Strong understanding ofcost accounting, manufacturing variances, and supply chain processes

  • Experience supporting global commercial stage biotech organizations is preferred

  • Experience directly supporting senior manufacturing executives

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability tooperateas an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker

  • Must be willing to flex work hours at times to accommodate business partners in Europe

  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of time

Pay Range:

In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $270,000-$315,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
