ALL COLLISION CENTER is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of our collision repair facility. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including production, customer service, financial performance, employee development, vendor relationships, and operational excellence. This role requires a results-driven leader who can maintain industry-leading repair quality, maximize profitability, foster a positive team culture, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced automotive collision repair professional with strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee all day-to-day collision center operations, ensuring efficient workflow from vehicle intake through final delivery.

Monitor production schedules and repair timelines to maximize throughput and cycle time performance.

Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with OEM procedures and company standards.

Evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management

Manage facility profitability, revenue growth, and expense control.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including gross profit, cycle time, touch time, supplement ratio, CSI scores, and labor efficiency.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual business goals.

Review estimates, repair orders, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and profitability.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing team members.

Lead and coach estimators, production managers, technicians, painters, customer service representatives, and administrative staff.
