We are looking for an AI & Tech Coordinator to develop automations across the company, champion our AI initiatives, and be the point of contact for data and IT needs.

TITLE: AI & Tech Coordinator

REPORTS TO: SVP of Operations 

LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

What kind of person are you? 
  • Someone who is up on the latest AI usages and platforms
  • Knows how to code and has a general interest in engineering
  • Great at multi-tasking and seeing projects through from start to finish
  • Strong at workflow automations
  • Proactive with strong timer management skills

Key Responsibilities 
  • Operates as APGs core coder and internal tech engineer.
  • Partners with various departments to build sustainable workflow automations and AI improvements.
  • Acts as APGs data regulatory and compliance monitor, and builds our data governance processes.
  • Maintains and monitors internal data systems, including checking logs and data process runs to ensure accurate data and completion.
  • Identify core AI agentic needs and builds various AI agents for APG departments. 
  • Flag any potential data problems from providers like Luminate.
  • Add updates to the internal tool as requested by the CEO and SVP of Operations.
  • Develop automations across the record label to improve efficiency.
  • Be the point of contact with outside data providers (Chartmetric, Luminate, and monitor schema changes).
  • Develop new ways to use existing and new brokered data to gain an edge.
  • Operate as the company’s high-level IT support, including the secure back up of data files.
  • Champion best security, tech, and AI procedures and educate the company.
  • Run Snowflake queries.
  • Keeps track of APGs AI subscriptions. 
Requirements 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of tech experience
  • Experience with Claude, Open Claw, Chat GPT, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Gemini and other GenAI 
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Mac OS
  • Music business experience
Beneficial Experience 
  • Adobe, Box, Frame IO, NetSuite, Zoho
Education                    
  • College degree preferred
