• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each patient's specific rehabilitation needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that include various modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Manage a caseload of up to one patient per hour, ensuring focused and individualized attention during every session.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain, while helping patients explore non-invasive alternatives to surgical interventions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care that motivates and inspires patients throughout their recovery process.
• Monitor patient progress, reevaluate treatment plans as necessary, and thoroughly document all care activities using EMR systems such as WebPT.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, recovery techniques, and lifestyle modifications to enhance overall wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including physicians and occupational therapists.

• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An impeccable professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of exercise protocols that drive patient outcomes.
• Experience utilizing EMR software, specifically WebPT, to document patient care efficiently.

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Experience designing fitness and wellness programs that cater specifically to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
