ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Lead the visual storytelling and creative execution across all marketing channels
  • Design high-quality graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms
  • Create compelling proposal graphics, layouts, and presentation materials, while managing stakeholder inputs, coordinating timelines, and guiding overall design direction.
  • Capture and produce photography and videography, including jobsite documentation and brand storytelling
  • Develop engaging visual content for social media, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, departments, and deliverables
  • Design and produce jobsite signage and environmental graphics
  • Provide art direction and contribute to creative concept development for campaigns and initiatives
  • Coordinate with drone operators, photographers, videographers, and other creative vendors
  • Build, organize, and maintain visual asset libraries and template systems
  • Recommend and execute visual campaign strategies to elevate brand presence
  • Support and uphold creative standards and guide visual consistency across teams
  • Own and continuously refine the company's visual identity, brand aesthetics, and multimedia storytelling approach

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3+ years of experience in multimedia design, creative production, or a similar role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, and brand storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools
  • Experience with social media content creation and digital advertising design
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with brand management and maintaining visual consistency across multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with drone coordination, video production workflows, or external vendor management is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
