About the Role 

We're seeking a Multimedia Producer with a strong team mentality and proven experience in real estate media. This role will focus on producing, editing, and delivering high-quality video property tours as well as social-first video content designed to amplify agent brands and drive audience engagement. 

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in both production and editing and comfortable providing direction and guidance to on-camera talent. You should bring deep knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, and be well-versed in optimizing footage for cross-platform distribution. 

We're looking for someone who is equal parts organizer and creative, able to thrive in a start-up culture, juggle multiple projects, and deliver impactful, polished work. If you're energized by fast-paced environments and have the ability to both execute and innovate, this is the perfect role for you. 

Responsibilities 
  • Follow a fast-paced schedule of shooting luxury real estate in diverse markets 
  • Produce, edit, and deliver captivating video property tours tailored to highlight the unique features and selling points of each listing 
  • Take ownership of the full production process, from conceptualization to post-production, ensuring timely delivery of all assets 
  • Capture and edit headshot and lifestyle photography to support agent branding and marketing needs 
  • Contribute to the conception and execution of digital assets for photo projects, including portraiture, team photoshoots, lifestyle, event photography, and behind-the-scenes content 
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to on-camera talent, ensuring effective communication of messaging and consistent brand representation 
  • Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in real estate media and social-first content creation, continuously refining techniques to enhance quality and impact 
  • Optimize video content for distribution across social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, maximizing reach and engagement 
  • Craft social-forward content designed to elevate and cultivate the personal brands of agents, aligning with their individual goals and target audiences 
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in multimedia production workflows 
  • Collaborate with agents to create a wide range of engaging, shareable content 
  • Track and analyze video performance data to evaluate effectiveness and inform future creative decisions 
  • Manage, maintain, and prepare production equipment to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance 
  • Collaborate with broader media and production teams to streamline asset management and organization, ensuring efficiency and accessibility 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and media initiatives

Qualifications 
  • Genuine passion for understanding the dynamics of shareable and viral content 
  • Demonstrated track record of 1-3 years in media production, showcasing expertise in creating compelling content 
  • Proven experience in producing high-quality content for lifestyle, property, or brand-focused audiences 
  • Proficiency in operating DSLR/cinema cameras, along with expertise in sound, lighting, and grip equipment 
  • Highly competent in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator 
  • Proficiency in drone operation for capturing aerial video and photography 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and previous on-set production experience 
  • Deep understanding and enthusiasm for social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a focus on strategic content distribution 
  • Ability to work both in small teams and independently 
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of production, with strong organizational skills 
  • Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback, showcasing high emotional intelligence and adaptability 
  • Possession of a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation 
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
