We are seeking a top-level Marketing Design Professional to join our team. If you are an experienced Marketing Design Professional, with a passion for construction, driven by creativity and a desire to become an integral part of the team, please read on.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for all design of all marketing materials such as brochures, market portfolios, flyers, ads, trade show displays, etc.

  • Responsible for creating the semiannual portfolio.

  • Coordinating marketing details with the VP of Marketing & Public Relations, including graphic materials, event-related marketing, and advertising.

  • Develop and design high-impact presentations.

  • Prepare Request for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Pre-Qualification documents for multiple divisions.

  • Develop and design presentations.

  • Manage and update team member profiles in Open Asset.

  • Create and maintain project data sheets within Open Asset.

  • Coordinate orders for business cards and name tags.

  • Handle procurement of branded merchandise and swag.

  • Work on special projects, initiatives, promotions, and other programs as needed at the direction of the VP of Marketing & Public Relations.

  • Assisting with award submissions and publication surveys, etc.

  • Assisting with company events and conferences.

  • Help maintain brand consistency throughout all communications.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
