Job Description Summary
The Multimedia Student Worker supports the Multimedia Producer with photography and videography projects for the College. Daily responsibilities include assisting with photo and video shoots, setting up and adjusting lighting and equipment, and helping prepare spaces for production. Behind the scenes, this position also assists with downloading images and video files, organizing and naming digital assets, and performing basic file management and administrative tasks to support the department's multimedia projects. Student will learn and perform editing tasks using Adobe Creative Suite platforms, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, to support college marketing and storytelling initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications / Ability To:
• Lift and move photography, video, and lighting equipment safely
• Use computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic file management tools
• Perform basic administrative and organizational tasks with attention to detail
• Uphold the Web Governance 2011A Policy and the Student Information 5110D Policy.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and dependable attendance which includes confidentiality
• Work independently while following instructions carefully
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Adapt to changing project needs and work effectively in a team environment
