Job Functions:
This highly creative, tech savvy and collaborative role will be responsible for digital and traditional marketing efforts to effectively promote the Haws brand through multiple channels, both online and offline. This role creates and produces design solutions for a variety of uses websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography. This position is responsible for the design, creation and delivery of creative design projects to effectively fulfill defined business objectives. This role will be responsible for supporting multiple project timelines simultaneously to help keep deliverables on track. This role will be required to provide creative insight into project and campaign planning and execution.

Job Duties:
  • This role will develop design solutions for digital communications projects; to understand and convey in print, digital, visual, and electronic media the mission, values, and projects of Haws Corporation
  • Assist with and execute email marketing campaigns and automations within a CRM environment
  • Populate and maintain complex audience segments
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and deployment of webinars, lead-gen campaigns, and marketing communications
  • Make content and graphic updates to the website as needed
  • Oversee ordering, stock and distribution of printed marketing collateral and ensure latest versions are readily available for download through the literature storefront or via hawsco.com
  • Manage video/photo content production
  • Assist in the reporting of monthly marketing metrics
  • All other duties as assigned

Graphic Requirements:
  • Design a variety of media elements, including traditional print advertising, collateral, internal communication pieces and related projects. Take the project from concept through execution and think creatively to produce new ideas.
  • Design promotional materials, advertisements, video; assisting with web publishing and social media; identifying and replicating best practices in marketing, multimedia design, website development, and graphics design.
  • Design logos, product collateral, infographics, product promotion, product packaging, tradeshow materials, sales and marketing support materials, website graphics and in-house materials.
  • Digital Design - Create artwork for social media posts, email marketing, online ads, and landing pages.
  • Assist in production of video and photo shoots, including set-up, photography, post-production editing and photo editing.
  • Provide international digital support as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects at once to meet deadlines and time restraints
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
  • Experience with webinar administration, email marketing, social media,
  • Knowledge of graphic software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Knowledge of photo/video production
  • Knowledge of Ai automations and workflows

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience, training or education
  • 3-6 years of experience in a marketing and/or a graphics related field

Computer Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)

  • Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to communicate and interface effectively across organizational levels. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
