Job Description

Are you a digital storyteller ready to bring five distinct brands to life? We are looking for a versatile Multimedia Content Specialist to be the creative engine of our Marketing department—functioning essentially as an in-house post-production studio, TV station, and product photography powerhouse all rolled into one!

Collaborating closely with our Marketing Media Creator, you will get hands-on with the entire production lifecycle, from brainstorming and scripting to shooting, editing, and final delivery. We need someone who blends technical expertise in camera operation, lighting, and audio with a sharp eye for social media trends. If you are eager to push creative boundaries using traditional media, motion graphics, and cutting-edge AI tools to produce scroll-stopping content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond, we want you on our team!

  • Work with the Marketing Media Creator to plan, shoot, and edit video content for the Marketing Department and other departments as necessary
  • The ability to work operate professional camera equipment for interviews, product demonstrations, and office culture content
  • Capture high-quality audio and lighting setups during productions
  • Assist in creative direction and shot planning for social media campaigns and various project
  • Edit video content for social media, website, YouTube, trade shows, and internal presentations
  • Color correct footage and mix audio for polished final delivery
  • Create motion graphics, titles, transitions, and branded visual elements
  • Create Training materials for employee or customer consumption
  • Organize and maintain media libraries and project files
  • Edit and enhance audio for video productions, interviews, voiceovers, and promotional content
  • Utilize AI voice generation tools and voice labs for narration, educational content, and creative production needs, matching tone to the subject
  • Ensure professional sound quality and audio consistency across all media projects
  • Capture still photography for products, team members, events, installations, and marketing materials
  • Edit and optimize photography assets for print and digital use
  • YouTube content development and management for the five (5) Brands
  • Create short-form content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with other team members to align content with company initiatives and goals
  • Assist in developing engaging visual storytelling for social media growth
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field, preferred; OR
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in photography and video production
    Be prepared to showcase your work during the interview process.
  • Experience partnering with executives, sales teams, and marketing professionals to align messaging across departments
  • Excellent storytelling abilities in both photography and video content creation
  • Proficient in design tools such as Blackmagic Davinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite, including: After Effects, Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop, as well as Canva, or equivalent design applications
  • Experience developing video content for Sales, Marketing, or Training, with an emphasis on clarity and visual appeal
  • High attention to detail and consistency in branding, layout, and visualization
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and working across departments
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales enablement, or creative production for product teams is a plus
  • Experience with Mac computers
  • Operating Canon and Blackmagic cameras
  • In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Davinci Resolve
  • Proven experience editing and mixing audio for professional productions
  • Familiarity with AI voice and AI video labs, as well as voice generation software
  • Understanding of photography with experience in product photography and photo editing
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
