Job Summary/Description:

As a Marketing Producer, you'll transform strategic vision into engaging video content that captivates audiences, builds brand loyalty, and drives measurable results across broadcast, digital, and social platforms. This is where creative ambition meets technical excellenceโ€”a role perfect for storytellers who think visually and produce strategically.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Content Creation & Production:
  • Develop innovative concepts and execute broadcast-quality video contentโ€”from high-energy news promotions and branded commercials to station campaigns that resonate with audiences
  • Direct and manage complete video production workflows, commanding cinematography, audio engineering, and lighting design to achieve cinematic results
  • Create platform-native digital and social media content that drives engagement, amplifies reach, and builds community connection
Strategic Marketing & Collaboration:
  • Champion cross-departmental partnerships with news, sales, and programming teams to bring strategic marketing initiatives to life
  • Serve as the creative voice representing your station at high-profile public events, building meaningful connections and elevating brand presence
Additional Duties:
  • Special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned to support station growth and marketing objectives
