Job Summary/Description:

The #1 rated television station in the market is seeking an experienced and driven Multimedia Sales Executive to join our winning team. This role is responsible for selling a full suite of advertising solutions including broadcast television and a complete portfolio of digital products. The ideal candidate is a seasoned media seller who understands both strategic digital solutions and transactional broadcast, and possesses a strong ability to generate new business.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sell and manage advertising campaigns across broadcast television and digital platforms, including streaming, OTT/CTV, social, display, video, and other digital marketing solutions
• Prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while delivering exceptional service and results
• Manage transactional broadcast business with agencies and direct clients
• Develop strategic, integrated marketing solutions that help clients achieve measurable business results
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to local businesses and advertising agencies
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, digital strategy, and production
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals and new business targets
• Stay informed on industry trends, media consumption, and digital marketing innovations

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience in media sales, preferably digital advertising and broadcast television
• Demonstrated success in new business development and prospecting
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms including OTT/CTV, programmatic, social, and display advertising
• Strong understanding of transactional broadcast sales and agency relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
