Job description

Position Summary

The Graphic and Multimedia Designer is responsible for the day-to-day design and production of marketing and business development collateral. This role works closely with the North American Marketing Team to support, create, and refine project and marketing materials, as well as maintain and update other needs. The position requires in-person collaboration at the Scottsdale office and a strong ability to execute across multiple media formats.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Create and produce marketing and business development collateral across digital and print formats daily
  • Prepare and edit audio and video files for multimedia use
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop multimedia products
  • Design and produce multimedia content for websites, presentations, and interactive displays
  • Develop external communication materials, including videos, email campaigns (EDMs), brochures, newsletters, and advertisements
  • Design materials for corporate events, including invitations, signage, and presentation assets
  • Ensure consistent brand application across all materials and platforms
  • Maintain and update digital content, including web-based assets and portfolio materials
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support deadlines that may require work outside standard business hours


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic design, multimedia design, web design, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design across print, digital, and motion media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, as well as Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing
  • Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation
  • Strong understanding of current design trends, tools, and technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, collaborate in team environments, and incorporate feedback effectively
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with WordPress, including content updates and basic site management
