Job description

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to create compelling visual and video assets that support brand storytelling and audience engagement in Tucson, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a creative individual who combines strong production instincts with advanced post-production skills to deliver high-quality multimedia content. The role calls for someone who can move comfortably from planning and capturing footage to editing final deliverables for a variety of uses.
Responsibilities:
• Produce original multimedia materials, including video-based content, that align with creative goals and communication needs.
• Capture high-quality footage on location or in controlled settings using video cameras and related production tools.
• Edit raw recordings into refined final pieces by applying pacing, transitions, audio balancing, and visual enhancements.
• Set up, operate, and maintain video equipment to ensure smooth execution during shoots and reliable output quality.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand project objectives, shape visual concepts, and translate ideas into effective media assets.
• Organize media files, manage production assets, and maintain efficient workflows across filming and editing activities.
• Review completed content for technical accuracy, visual consistency, and readiness for distribution across intended channels.• Demonstrated experience creating multimedia content with a strong focus on video production and post-production.
• Hands-on proficiency in video shooting techniques, including framing, lighting awareness, and audio capture fundamentals.
• Practical knowledge of video cameras, production accessories, and equipment setup for different shooting environments.
• Strong video editing skills with the ability to turn source footage into clear, engaging final content.
