Lead a High-Performing Multifamily Portfolio

Are you an experienced Regional Manager looking for an opportunity to make a measurable impact across a multifamily portfolio? We are seeking a results-driven Regional Manager (Multifamily Property Management) to oversee apartment communities throughout the Indianapolis region.

This is an opportunity for a strong operational leader who understands how to improve occupancy, NOI, resident satisfaction, team performance, and asset value while building and developing high-performing onsite teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across a multifamily apartment portfolio
  • Drive occupancy, leasing performance, rent growth, and NOI
  • Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers, Leasing Teams, and Maintenance leadership
  • Analyze financial reports, budgets, variances, and property performance metrics
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, inspections, and operational reviews
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety standards, and company policies
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute portfolio strategies and operational goals
  • Support recruiting, hiring, training, and succession planning across communities
  • Identify opportunities to improve resident experience, retention, and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • 2+ years of Regional Manager experience preferred (Senior Property Managers with strong multi-site experience encouraged to apply)
  • Proven success improving occupancy, financial performance, and team results
  • Strong understanding of budgets, financial reporting, NOI, and asset performance
  • Experience managing multiple apartment communities and onsite teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with property management software (Entrata or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the region
