Position Overview

  • Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
  • On-Site Requirement: This position requires on-site presence at the project in Gresham, OR, during scheduled hours based on company and project needs.
  • Compensation Package–
    • $95,000 - $115,000 / year
    • Other compensation may include vehicle allowance.
    • The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate's experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in multifamily construction with a certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in multifamily construction with an unrelated degree or without a certification or degree.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
  • Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
  • Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Your Role

Project Operations

  • Assist with preparing and updating project schedules, budgets, and related tasks.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries to ensure project completion.
  • Identify and address problems to maintain project progress.
  • Oversee tasks assigned to employees and subcontractors.
  • Provide project documentation, including logs, billing, change orders, and memos.
  • Ensure proper inventory and maintenance of tools on-site.
  • Enforce company safety and security policies and procedures.

Budgeting & Cost Analysis

  • Procure competitive bids for construction projects.
  • Communicate with utilities, city, and county agencies to determine fees and charges.
  • Write and monitor purchase orders, back-charges, and change orders.
  • Verify and code invoices for payment and ensure vendor lien releases are obtained.

Quality Assurance

  • Maintain company quality standards in procedures and workmanship.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to verify organization, cleanliness, and progress.
