While you will primarily work from home, team meetings and case consultations will be conducted virtually, ensuring consistent support and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique situation and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the diverse needs of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and secure.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance care strategies, engaging in case consultations and peer reviews to continually improve the quality of care.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
  • Stay current with the latest research and innovations in the mental health field to continually enhance therapeutic approaches and client support.

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and beyond, addressing mental health challenges that vary in severity and complexity. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.
  • Possession of an active LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in the state of Florida.
