• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews to identify their unique needs.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based practices designed to facilitate therapeutic progress.
• Lead individual therapy sessions for a diverse client base, addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust.
• Continuously review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, ensuring interventions remain relevant and effective.
• Maintain meticulous client records, including detailed progress notes and treatment updates, while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, advocating for a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide crisis intervention support during acute distress, employing quick assessment skills to stabilize clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with emerging research and therapeutic methodologies.
• Champion clients' rights and empower them to make informed decisions about their treatment.

Our clientele includes a wide range of individuals, couples, and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will work with both children and adults, providing care that respects the cultural backgrounds and personal experiences of each client. • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the state board.

• Familiarity with diverse treatment modalities and a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Exceptional documentation skills to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members.

• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in family dynamics.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.
• Proficient in developing culturally relevant treatment strategies.
• Skills in crisis management and therapeutic interventions are highly desirable.
