Integrated Multicultural Counseling, LLC is actively seeking dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our remote team in Tucson, Arizona. In this full-time capacity, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and circumstances.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to create a comprehensive care strategy.
  • Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance care quality and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment options.
  • Stay current with advancements in mental health research to continuously enhance your practice and the services we offer.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse and multicultural patient population. You will encounter individuals from various backgrounds, each with unique experiences and challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
  • Demonstrated skill in developing solution-focused psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to meet individual client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while contributing positively to team dynamics.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly beneficial.
  • Expertise in working with specific populations such as at-risk youth, veterans, or individuals with substance use challenges is a plus.
  • Experience in using therapeutic tools and assessments relevant to mental health diagnoses.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, reflective of your skills and experience.
