• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focussed methodologies to create tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Implement therapeutic techniques that include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-supported practices to address client needs effectively.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and other applicable compliance standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic treatment for shared clients.
• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and peer reviews, continually refining our therapeutic approaches to elevate care standards across the organization.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatments, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and innovations to provide clients with the most current and effective therapeutic interventions.

Our clinic serves a diverse population within the Eugene, Oregon area, focusing on individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Clients may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more, varying greatly across demographics and backgrounds. Our therapists play a crucial role in tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each client, ensuring that their distinct cultural perspectives and experiences are respected and integrated into their treatment plans.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Oregon.
• Proficiency in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, valuing the contributions of all team members and advancing a culture of professional growth.

Experience working with diverse populations and individuals from various cultural backgrounds is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices will be advantageous. Candidates with experience in community mental health settings or integrated care models will be given preference.

We offer a competitive annual salary between $90,000 and $100,000, depending on your experience.
