Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams, to evaluate patientsโ€™ conditions and needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement while addressing co-occurring disorders.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, family, and group therapy, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress in adherence to organizational policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals and referral sources, fostering a holistic approach to patient care.
