  • Monitor patient outcomes through ongoing evaluation and assessment of therapeutic interventions, adapting treatment strategies as needed for effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your role will be working with a diverse patient population experiencing various behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals at different life stages, from children and adolescents to adults and families, addressing their unique needs in a culturally competent manner.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle a caseload effectively while maintaining quality care standards.
Preferred Experience

Experience in community health settings or prior telehealth experience is a plus. Familiarity with evidence-based practice models and outcome measurement tools will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
