Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric or psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams, to evaluate patient needs effectively.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate patient feedback, identifying measurable goals in collaboration with patients and families.
  • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, including individual, couples, family, psychoeducation, and group therapy sessions, to enhance patient understanding of their mental health conditions.
  • Utilize supportive therapy techniques, such as role-playing and modeling, to foster social skills development and improve interpersonal capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions within the electronic health record, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including referral sources, to ensure a unified approach to patient care and continuous support for individual goals.
  • Monitor patient outcomes through ongoing evaluation and assessment of therapeutic interventions, adapting treatment strategies as needed for effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your role will be working with a diverse patient population experiencing various behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals at different life stages, from children and adolescents to adults and families, addressing their unique needs in a culturally competent manner.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Active licensure in the State of Washington as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience providing direct patient care in mental health settings.
  • Strong writing skills for complete and descriptive note-taking and intake report generation.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle a caseload effectively while maintaining quality care standards.
Preferred Experience
