Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth psychiatric and psychosocial assessments, including mental status examinations, to accurately diagnose and understand the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans that highlight their individual goals, leveraging evidence-informed therapeutic practices.
  • Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as problem-solving, role-playing, and social skills training to enhance clients' interpersonal effectiveness and community involvement.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all therapy encounters in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with organizational policies while monitoring patient outcomes.

Qualifications
