This remote role allows you to practice from anywhere while contributing to meaningful community health initiatives. You will connect with patients through virtual platforms, ensuring they feel supported and understood. • Conduct in-depth psychiatric and psychosocial assessments, including mental status examinations, to accurately diagnose and understand the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans that highlight their individual goals, leveraging evidence-informed therapeutic practices.
• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as problem-solving, role-playing, and social skills training to enhance clients' interpersonal effectiveness and community involvement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all therapy encounters in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with organizational policies while monitoring patient outcomes.
• Engage in regular collaboration with referral sources and multidisciplinary clinical teams to optimize patient care and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Perform ongoing evaluations of treatment effectiveness through patient outcome measurements, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to meet the evolving needs of clients.

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including those experiencing various mental health conditions, co-occurring disorders, and significant life challenges. • A master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• An active license in the State of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing direct patient care in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional writing abilities for drafting clear intake reports and therapy documentation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads and therapy schedules.

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health issues.
• Previous experience developing and leading psychoeducational workshops or group therapy sessions.
