Job description

A District Managers is accountable for driving district wide business results, through the effective selection, training and coaching of the store management team in key areas of retail revenue growth. This will be accomplished by analyzing store financial data, managing expenses, marketing and merchandising execution, developing the store team and providing outstanding customer service. A 4 year Degree in a business related area or equivalent experience is required with a minimum of 3 years retail management experience, 2 of those years as a multi-unit manager. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills including Word and Excel are also required.
