Job description

We are a fast-growing multi-unit restaurant company looking for an energetic Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Stamford, CT. This is a grassroots, community-focused marketing role supporting exciting QSR brands. If you love building relationships, creating buzz, and driving restaurant sales, we want to hear from you!

Field Marketing Manager Benefits:

Field Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute grassroots and local store marketing (LSM) campaigns
  • Build relationships with Chambers of Commerce, local businesses, schools, community groups, and local organizations
  • Partner with restaurant leaders to drive traffic and increase store sales
  • Support new restaurant openings, grand openings, events, and community activations
  • Develop local partnerships, catering opportunities, sponsorships, and promotions
  • Create marketing materials and campaigns using Canva and AI tools
  • Track marketing initiatives and their impact on restaurant sales

Field Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of field, grassroots, local store, or restaurant marketing experience
  • QSR, fast-casual, multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience strongly preferred
  • New restaurant opening experience is a plus
  • Strong networking and community relationship-building skills
  • Outgoing, creative, energetic, and comfortable spending time in the field
