  • Our experienced multi-unit leaders have deep functional knowledge of operational, financial, people and guest performance metrics. They maintain a quality management team in their area through recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction.
  • Area Coaches enjoy teaching, developing, and mentoring managers and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

*Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college

*Two years multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development and rebuilds

*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

*Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance
