Multi Spindle Machine Operator: Delavan, Wisconsin
Our customer in Delavan, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re hiring Multi Spindle Machine Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Multi Spindle Machine Operator, you will perform precision machining operations on multiple machines to produce high-quality parts while maintaining efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities of the Multi Spindle Machine Operator:
  • Perform close-tolerance machining operations such as centering, drilling, reaming, tapping, turning, milling, deburring, filing, and sanding.
  • Operate multiple machines, including Wickman, Acme, and Davenport.
  • Adjust machines and tooling as needed and maintain cutting tools in proper working order.
  • Lubricate machines and maintain clean, organized work area.
  • Work from drawings, specifications, and job layouts using measuring instruments.
  • Complete proper documentation, including part tags, process sheets, and timecards.
  • Continuously monitor quality and suggest improvements.
Multi Spindle Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 5 years’ experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 2 years of CNC experience.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and interpret verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Corrective or non-corrective vision sufficient for close range, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
  • Comply with all company safety and quality policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit integrity, accountability, and work efficiently to meet production standards.
Pay for Multi Spindle Machine Operator: $25–$28/hour.
