What You'll Do
  • Drive Clinic Revenue & Efficiency: Monitor daily clinic performance metrics, optimizing patient volume, reducing wait times, and maximizing room utilization to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Financial & Front-End Accountability: Oversee daily cash handling, copay collection, and insurance verification workflows to minimize billing errors and optimize front-end revenue capture.
  • Labor & Cost Control: Manage clinic staffing schedules and inventory levels dynamically to control operational expenses and eliminate unnecessary overtime or supply waste.
  • Optimize Daily Workflows: Direct day-to-day operations to ensure swift patient flow, clinic productivity, and strict adherence to Nao Medical's high-quality service standards for the Bartow community.
  • Staff Leadership & Performance: Manage, mentor, and hold administrative and front office teams accountable to clear, metric-driven operational goals.
  • Patient Experience & Resolution: Resolve patient concerns, service escalations, and operational bottlenecks promptly to protect the clinic's local reputation and drive patient retention.
  • Compliance & Facility Excellence: Maintain complete operational readiness, ensuring clinic spaces are flawless and fully compliant with HIPAA, OSHA, and company guidelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (MBA or advanced management degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial role with a proven track record of hitting operational goals.
  • Proficiency with online work tools and the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience with EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks preferred.
  • Active BLS / CPR Certification preferred.
