Job description

We are seeking a highlyorganized, results-driven Practice Manager to oversee operations acrossmultiple Primary and Immediate Care clinics in Braselton, Buford (Hamilton Ridge) and Duluth. This role leads day-to-day operations across 3–5 sites withfull accountability for performance, staff, and patient experience, requiringstrong on-site presence and frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-site clinicoperations, ensuring efficient, high-quality care
  • Drive performance across keymetrics (volume, revenue, utilization, patient experience)
  • Manage and develop teams,promoting accountability and improvement
  • Oversee scheduling,staffing, and payroll to optimize operations
  • Monitor KPIs and implementperformance improvements
  • Ensure compliance withHIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with leadershipto enhance workflows and patient experience
  • Maintain strong on-sitepresence with frequent travel (~90%); expected to support clinics as needed andvisit each site at least weekly
