Woodspear Properties is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in Loveland, Colorado. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package. As a Multi-Site Property Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality living spaces, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving the financial success of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily activities of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all local regulations.
  • Tenant Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, address their inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive living environment.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the property, identifying any maintenance needs and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Lease Management: Negotiate and renew lease agreements, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and optimizing occupancy rates.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage rent collection, accounts payable, deposit accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Maintenance Management: Oversee the management of maintenance requests using a Yardi, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Legal Compliance: Work closely with the legal team to address any legal matters related to property management, including lease disputes or evictions.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant multi-family property management experience, with a stable work history.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with property management software such as Yardi, CRM IQ, or AvidXchange is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check, including credit, criminal, reference checks, and drug screening.

Manager Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM 6 PM
