Summary

Pipsqueak is seeking an experienced and versatile general manager to help bring our coffee & gelato kiosk to the next level. As a general manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business and driving multi-faceted growth initiatives. As Pipsqueak is still in its first year of being open there is ample space for this role to grow alongside the business. You will be responsible for curating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring long-term success by building up team members, creating and maintaining operational procedures, and creatively conquering the everyday hurdles. The ideal candidate is cool under pressure, compassionate, and unafraid to get their hands dirty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enforce standards of excellence in service, presentation, and hospitality
  • Support, train, and mentor hourly team members to deliver best-in-class service
  • Assist hourly staff with day-to-day operations
  • Curate comfortable and safe atmosphere for guests and staff
  • Champion cleanliness, executing on cleaning tasks and delegating as needed to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Maintain inventories and ordering
  • Drive unique marketing initiatives from concept to execution to help grow the business
  • Oversee creative menu development
  • Create digital content and manage consistent and unique social media presence (instagram/tiktok)
  • Respond to guest feedback promptly to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
