Role: Digital certificate Engineer
Location: Groton, CT
Duration: 6+ Months
BGV will be done for the selected candidates.
Client's Identity Access Management Services provide operation manager support for user provisioning, management, application authentication and Authorization.
Provide support & manage Cyber Ark Enterprise Password Vault infrastructure including Access request issues and operations support.
Support the eToken end users in obtaining new certificates, renewals/revokes and downloading high assurance or SAFE Biopharma certificates
Provide support for addressing issues in digitally signing using DocuSign and My signature Book & its integrated applications - BioBook, CEN, Gnosis & Adobe PDFs
Provide support VPN client that is integrated with CA Authminder for multi-factor authentication
Manage new requests and renewal of clients Internal SSL certificates and Entrust external certificates
Ensure maximum availability of the PKI service
Work with IAM architects, application developers and vendors to configure, test and troubleshoot IAM solutions that meet the business needs of the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans.
Engineers solutions to ensure that IAM services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies and comply with applicable information security requirements
Verify that monitoring of the service is functioning as designed
Developing and executing test plans / scripts and resolving deviations or exceptions, for newly developed and/or enhanced IAM solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, authorization and integration problems
Develop and update required documentation
