Job description

Multi-Intelligence Collection Manager

Intelligence gaps don't close themselves - someone has to orchestrate the right collection, from the right sources, at the right time. Peraton is looking for a Multi-Intelligence Collection Manager to do exactly that, supporting USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of collection strategy and operational outcomes - managing multi-discipline requirements across SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT, driving deconfliction across the IC, and directly shaping how the nation's premier cyber command sees and understands its adversaries. If you thrive in complex, fast-moving environments where your decisions have real strategic weight, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage collection requirements using CHROME, NSRP, POSTMAN, and GIMS, ensuring timely validation, deconfliction, and submission to DIA and IC agencies
  • Develop and refine multi-discipline collection strategies to close intelligence gaps for USCYBERCOM and Cyber Mission Force (CMF) customers
  • Monitor collection strategies, provide feedback, and collaborate with analysts and planners to adjust approaches based on reporting outcomes
  • Support IC engagements through national working groups and boards, deconflicting and coordinating cross-organizational intelligence needs
  • Deconflict Title 10 (ISR) and Title 50 SIGINT mission tasking to ensure compliance with delegated authorities
  • Conduct collection management trend analysis and share insights to improve processes and procedures across the organization
  • Execute collaborative multi-disciplinary collection orchestration campaigns, leveraging automation, AI/ML capabilities, and innovative data streams
  • Develop doctrinal CM work products including Collection Requirement Matrices (CRMx), JIPCLs, and RSTA matrices
  • Provide subject matter expertise for GIMS and GEOINT collection requirements portfolio management
  • Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives

Qualifications What You Bring Required:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10years with AA/AS or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
  • Working knowledge of collection management concepts, functions, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and synthesize multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniques
  • Proficiency producing timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats
  • Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across technical sensors, platforms, and HUMINT sources
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

Preferred:

  • Proficiency with CHROME, NSRP, POSTMAN, and/or GIMS collection management systems
  • Experience with Collection Exploitation (COLLEX) and discovery operations
  • Familiarity with USCYBERCOM collection management authority (CMA) and delegated SIGINT authorities
  • Experience developing collection strategies for Geographic Combatant Commands (GCCs)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications for collection optimization and automation
  • Graduate of an in-residence DoD/IC Collection Management course
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
  • Master's degree in a related field - or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
  • DoD 8140 All-Source Collection Manager compliant
