We are committed to sustainability and delivering high-quality solutions for various applications, including landscaping, playgrounds, sports surfaces, and more.
 
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman/Sales Coordinator to spearhead sales efforts for our crumb rubber and rubber mulch materials. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of these products, including their production processes and diverse applications. Also, seek for new accounts for used tire pick up and disposal service. This role is critical in effectively communicating product benefits to clients and driving significant sales growth in our target markets.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Generate and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities specifically for crumb rubber and rubber mulch through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service while understanding their specific needs and how our products and services can meet them.
  • Product Expertise: Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the versatility, benefits, and various applications of crumb rubber and rubber mulch.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted sales strategies and promotional materials that highlight our products' environmental and performance advantages.
  • Quotation Management: Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely submission while following up for order confirmations and addressing customer feedback effectively.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies, staying updated on trends related to crumb rubber and rubber mulch applications in landscaping, playgrounds, athletic surfaces, and more.

What We Offer:
  • Monthly base salary: USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00.
  • Performance Bonus: 25%  of compensation – quarterly.
