Job description

Job Summary:

The Marketing & PR Coordinator supports the development and execution of integrated public relations and marketing initiatives across the North American region. This role is responsible for coordinating PR campaigns, managing media assets, supporting events and activations, and maintaining organized systems for tracking performance and materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to brand visibility and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute public relations strategies and tactical plans that support brand objectives across North America
  • Track, manage, and coordinate edits, approvals, and distribution of press materials, including media kits
  • Coordinate PR activations and manage event logistics, including press events, marketing launches, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage the North American marketing sample program, including ordering, inventory tracking, shipping, and distribution for promotional use
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound media and partnership inquiries, vetting opportunities and routing as appropriate
  • Monitor media coverage and utilize PR tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and effectiveness
  • Maintain and organize PR resources, including press lists, media kits, budgets, meeting notes, and internal documentation
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all PR and marketing touchpoints
  • Provide cross-functional support to social media, content, copywriting, and broader marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, PR, social media, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Previous experience with consumer electronics, tech, and/or lifestyle brand is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with the following software and applications is a plus, but not required: Google Workspace, Cision, Muck Rack, WeCom
  • Comfortable operating in a global organization with HQ collaboration
