Job description

NDM Hospitality/Rentyl Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Coordinator to support the execution of public relations initiatives across multiple brands within our hospitality, dining and lifestyle portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Public Relations, this role will assist with media relations, influencer coordination, press material development, award submissions, media monitoring and event support while helping maintain brand consistency across all public-facing communications
SCHEDULE: Full-Time (Hourly) 40/hours a week
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the Director of Public Relations in executing PR strategies, media relations initiatives and brand communication efforts
  • Monitor media coverage for brand mentions and industry trends
  • Compile reports for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain media lists, editorial calendars and press materials
  • Assist with media outreach, interview coordination and responding to media inquiries
  • Coordinate influencer, media and VIP visits, including itineraries and on-site logistics
  • Support press activity for events, openings and brand activations
  • Assist with executive talking points, interview prep and award submissions
  • Work closely with marketing, social media and operations teams to support PR initiatives and campaigns
  • Maintain organized media coverage, update PR trackers and reporting documents
  • Contribute proactive story ideas that support brand visibility and business goals

Skills
Exceptional communication, AP style writing and presentation skills
Experience managing and coordinating influencer campaigns
Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and passion for storytelling
Experience in hospitality or multi-brand environments.
Experience with media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Muck Rack, Cision, etc.)
