Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: MTW Rotating 7:30a to 7:30p, then Thur Fri Sat  (can work 6 hours on Sunday to make up the difference)

Job Description:
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN to provide care for a patient in the home health setting. This is a part-time position with scheduled shifts on Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience working in a home health or home care setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled patient care following the plan of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor and document patient condition accurately.
  • Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
  • Complete clinical notes in their entirety.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols in the home.
