What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for clerical tasks, systems and procedures related to student records administration in accordance with government and management directives .

Essential functions:

  1. Process student transportation arrangements including travel, timely maintenance of department travel logs, timely cancellation of unused tickets, expediting travel for disciplinary terminations, and maintain students records in travel database. ensure accountability and return, as appropriate, of all transportation documents, conduct activities to retrieve transportation documents, as needed.

  2. Coordinate summer and winter break transportation with designated timeframes, including airlines, Greyhound bus, and charter bus ticketing.

  3. Input data into Center Information System (CIS) including scheduling student clothing allowance, ensuring accuracy of information.

  4. Type correspondence, from letters, travel and clothing allowance forms, and input/output forms in a timely manner.

  5. Process student IDs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • One (1) year of clerical, administrative or related experience, including word processing.

  • Must type a minimum of 40 words per minute.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
