Medical Assistant - Arlington, WA
Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay: $21-$23/hour (DOE)
Mt. Baker Pain Clinic - Arlington is looking for a dependable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and want to play a meaningful role in helping patients feel better, we'd love to connect with you.
About the Role:
You'll work closely with providers and fellow team members to ensure patients receive attentive, efficient care from check-in through follow-up. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building patient relationships while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist providers during patient visits, exams, and procedures
  • Handle patient intake, rooming, and documentation
  • Support medication coordination and triage communication
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure support and education
  • Help maintain clinic flow and a positive patient experience

What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience as a CMA or CNA (preferred)
  • Willingness to obtain MA-R certification if not already licensed
  • Previous experience in pain management or a specialty clinic is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Ability to float between Arlington and Burlington locations as needed
