Job description

As a Partner Development Manager, Managed Service Sales, you will be tasked with recruiting and scaling strategic Managed Security Service Providers by co-developing revenue-generating service offerings and high-impact go-to-market campaigns. You will act as the primary bridge between your partners and SentinelOne, evangelizing partner capabilities to our internal sales organization while ensuring all service launches meet strict program governance and technical standards. Your core focus is to drive regional growth through continuous competitive positioning, accurate revenue forecasting, and the seamless alignment of partner offerings with our global managed service frameworks.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Recruit new strategic Managed partners and build revenue-generating security service offerings.
  • Stay well educated and informed as to the SentinelOne competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors.
  • Ensure timely product and MSP/MSSP model updates to partners for each relevant product area, as well as work with various internal teams to build the service offering and develop launch content with partners.
  • Drive program management and governance for service offering launch.
  • Evangelize partner service offerings and voice-of-the-partner back into the SentinelOne Sales organization, and prepare and provide accurate forecasts of MSP/MSSP revenue for your assigned territory to management on a weekly basis, staying aligned with local EMEA and Global Managed Service frameworks.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A BS technical degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Regional Sales Executive/Manager selling endpoint security solutions, with deep knowledge of current security solutions.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.
  • Enterprise sales experience with an actionable Rolodex of MSSP decision makers, along with superb organizational and reporting skills.
  • Experience growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace, paired with a "whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance.
  • Prior startup experience and a track record working with channel partners, with a strong understanding of partner-centric GTM approaches. Smart, funny, technical, and passionate about security!
