Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Access Control:Ensure safety protocols for guests and customers.

  • Policy Enforcement:Uphold client and company policies and procedures.

  • Safety Monitoring:Observe and report fire and safety hazards.

  • Patrols:Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds.

  • Incident Reporting:Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.

  • Public Interaction:Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public.

  • Report Writing:Document incidents and observations accurately.

  • Additional Duties:Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.

  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.

  • Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

  • Must have valid Security Guard License

  • Must be 18 years old
