Responsibilities may include troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring systems, performing maintenance tasks, and assisting clients with IT needs. This role allows for flexible work hours and often requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as familiarity with remote support tools. These skills ensure you can deliver prompt, reliable IT services to clients while maintaining productivity in a remote, flexible work environment.
