  • Serve as the technical liaison between customers and Jolera's shared Network and Compute / Storage / Backup engineering bench.
  • Provide on-site technical leadership during customer change advisory boards, design sessions, and incident response activities.
Requirements
Who You Are

  • Working knowledge of enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or equivalent) and centralized firewall management.
  • Hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) experience on any major platform (Nutanix, VMware vSAN, Cisco HyperFlex, or Dell VxRail).
  • Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, including image-based recovery design and disaster recovery configuration.
  • Located in or near Troy, MI, or willing to relocate. On-site three to five days per week is non-negotiable for this role.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience leading a hyperconverged infrastructure refresh or migration project.
  • Veeam certifications such as VMCE (Veeam Certified Engineer) or VMCA (Veeam Certified Architect).
  • Exposure to additional enterprise backup and recovery platforms such as Commvault, Rubrik, or Cohesity.
  • Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) exposure on Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
