Job description

Job Description As a senior member of the IT team, the analyst will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of integration solutions that enhance patient safety, data security, and operational efficiency. The role demands independent judgment, technical leadership, and collaboration with clinical teams, IT staff, and external partners to ensure high-quality data interoperability. Responsibilities Technical Integration & Interface Management Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of healthcare interfaces using Epic Bridges and Infor Cloverleaf.

Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, manage upgrades, and implement enhancements and fixes. Ensure secure and compliant data exchange aligned with healthcare regulations and enterprise security policies. Monitor interface performance and optimize data flows to support enterprise-wide information management goals.

Collaboration & Mentorship Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts on interface development and troubleshooting. Work closely with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, IT professionals, and vendors to align integration efforts with organizational objectives. Documentation & Compliance Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, policies, and procedures related to interface design and management.

Support compliance initiatives by ensuring interfaces meet security, privacy, and data governance standards. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (e.g. BSN required, MSN preferred.): EDUCATION: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant experience, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related field preferred

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT with hands-on expertise in interface engine management. Proven experience with Epic Bridges and Infor Cloverleaf in a clinical or enterprise data environment. REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, JSON, X12, XML and other healthcare data standards.

Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills for working across technical and clinical teams. Familiarity with healthcare security and privacy regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
