Logistics Specialist - Pricing Compliance Clerk
MSC USA - Tempe
Job Summary
To identify and resolve discrepancies between Bills of lading and TMS system / OVP / OVQ to minimize discrepancies, maximize revenue, and achieve 100% TMS compliant manifests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoots common and complex rate retrieval errors.
  • Validates rate accuracy in the OVA application.
  • Issues manifest correctors and/or coordinates updates in TMS / OVP / OVQ to resolve compliance issues.
  • Navigates TMS, OVP, OVQ, and contract search features.
  • Communicates and follows up to ensure compliance issues are resolved.
  • Runs prechecks: ensures all Bills of Lading are rated correctly before the vessel sails.
  • Reconciles discrepancies identified by running the MFTC report.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

Thisrole requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Mondayto Friday - there is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a similar role or logistics, operations, supply chain pertaining to Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Trade Compliance, Import/Export regulations
