Responsibilities
1st Shift - Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, two 15 minute breaks and 30 minute unpaid lunch
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.00/hr depending upon experience
Quantity of Openings: 1
Now Hiring at our M&C Manufacturing plant located in Ventura, CA for a Production Technician. In this role you will be counted on for the following tasks:
  • Building/Assembly of parts, sub assemblies, and systems for industrial use.
  • Utilize drawings, tools, hardware, and parts to build finished products.
  • Adhere to quality standards.

Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiar with basic tools - screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.
  • Willingness to learn how to solder, when needed.
  • Wiring and tubing experience.
  • Ability to read work instructions and drawings.
  • Team player.
  • Willing to assist fellow coworkers.
  • Safety glasses are required to be worn.
