DMI, LLC is seeking a MS 365 Administrator (SME) to join us. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Office Suite, MS Project, Planner, and other collaborative tools.
  • Provide site collection administration for MS SharePoint and MS Teams, managing configurations, permissions, and security compliance.
  • Ensure 99.9% availability for on-premise and Azure-hosted Microsoft 365 services.
  • Act as a liaison to Government management, coordinating with Teams and SharePoint Services Team management on operational updates and issues.
  • Analyze and optimize Microsoft 365 application performance, ensuring seamless integration within CDC’s infrastructure.
  • Provide expert support for escalated incidents, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, updates, and best practices to ensure operational continuity and improvement.

Education and Years of Experience:  

  •  Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field.
  • 8-10 Years of experience 

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
