The MRI Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high standard of work in MRI imaging section(s); efficient operation, supervision, instruction and assignment of duties of the employees and ensuring the highest level of care is given to all patients; for the ordering and keeping in stock the necessary items. He/she supports the performance of all procedures and quality control of the Adult and Pediatric MRI areas. 

Job Summary and Qualifications What qualifications you will need: 

Graduate of Accredited School of MRI 

Associates of Science or Higher preferred but not required. 

Four years MRI experience -Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable). 

Preferred: One year of leadership/supervisory or management experience 

Minimum License, Certificates, or Registrations Required: 

โ€ข ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT

 โ€ข BLS (American Red Cross)

 Preferred: ARRT (MR) Texas Medical Board if working in other modalities
