About the Role

The Sr. Field Lead (Moving Supervisor) supports the Area Manager in overseeing and operating the field team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery. This role balances leadership responsibilities with hands-on field work, serving both as a supervisor and as a contributing team member. • Monitor and manage field supplies, proactively restocking to minimize downtime and support smooth operations.
  • Address and report maintenance issues promptly; hold 3PL vendors accountable for damages and escalate to Area Manager as needed.
  • Oversee fleet management to ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and operational for daily transportation needs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalations on high-value or complex moving jobs, ensuring fast and effective resolution.
  • Act as the lead recorder for Diamond package moves, ensuring accurate documentation, premium service delivery, and full accountability.
  • Conduct field audits and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to SOPs and continuous improvement in job performance.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high service standards and securing consistent 5-star reviews through professionalism and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams to optimize job readiness, crew assignments, and resource allocation.
  • Train, mentor, and support Field Excellence Leaders (FELs), helping develop their skills and ensuring consistent service quality across the team.
Fill in for FEL callouts to maintain workflow and minimize service disruptions.
  • Serve as backup to the Area Manager (AM) during time off or emergencies, ensuring seamless operations and team leadership in their absence.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
